About our firm

A small firm that punches above its weight We believe that the cornerstones of successful legal practice are expert knowledge of, backed by practical experience in, the key areas of law. Our practice is so arranged to allow us to focus on our two main fields of specialisation: maritime & transport and company & commercial.
Our client base consists of small and medium size enterprises, private as well as public companies, multinational enterprises, investors and underwriters. We also advise Finnish, Scandinavian and European governmental offices. We are trusted long-term legal advisers to some of the largest Finnish public companies, banks, underwriters and governmental bodies, which often instruct us in highly complex and delicate matters.

(1)   A direct, personal service. Unlike at some larger law firms, our clients are at all times able to communicate personally with the lawyer responsible for the assignment. We do not juggle assignments between lawyers, although all of our lawyers are able to provide supplementary assistance where necessary.
